The Project

True North required a state-of-the-art online application to facilitate their innovative methodology of “high impact visual analysis” that enables users to discover, understand and solve complex business problems in a way that is new, practical and cost effective. In short a unique online software application was needed that allowed their clients to produce sophisticated visual documents combining in-depth industry analysis data with 3D graphics of the related business process or environment.

The Approach

Using Reignite’s Agile Methodology, Reignite worked with True North to capture their business requirements in workshops and to gain insight into their expertise within such a complex business domain. The application was then prototyped, developed, tested and deployed in an iterative process that now includes a full Continuous Integration (CI) based automation framework. Since the initial successful deployment there has been a continual roll out of new features and the project has now been extended to be both a browser based and desktop based application.

The Solution

The result is an award winning business sales and communication tool that includes a feature rich desktop client and an online library of business solution templates. 3D business case documents can be accessed, modified and shared with team members and exported into a number of formats including high fidelity PDF and PNG.
